We put your home on a seasonal schedule, text you the photo report after every visit, and take care of it year after year.

The things everyone asks first.
When is my first visit?
Within one business day of signing up, our team texts you a few time windows for your first seasonal visit. You reply with what works, and we take it from there.
How does billing work?
Your price is based on your home's size: 10 cents per square foot per month, with a $129 monthly minimum. Your first month is $99, then your regular rate begins in month two. Your card is charged monthly, 12 payments a year. Once your home's size is confirmed, your Founding Member rate is locked in and never goes up while your membership stays active.
What if it rains on my visit?
We schedule each visit inside a four-week seasonal window. Your membership guarantees the services, not a single fixed date, so weather never costs you a visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. You never need to be home. We text you a six-photo before and after report the same day, every single visit, so you always see the work.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There is no contract and no fixed term. Payments you have already made are not refunded, and if we complete a visit before that month's charge, that month's charge still applies. That is the whole policy. If you sell your home or a major life event changes your plans, call us and we will take care of you.
My home is over 5,500 square feet. What do I do?
Larger homes get a custom plan sized to the property. Text or call us at 314-940-8800 and we will build your quote.
