Membership terms

What you are signing up for

The Home Care Membership is a year-round exterior care plan. You get four seasonal visits a year plus the every-visit essentials, all for one flat monthly price based on your home's size.

Billing

Your card is charged monthly, starting the day you sign up, for 12 payments a year. Your price is set by your home size at signup: $249, $299, or $349 a month. Homes over 5,500 square feet are quoted separately.

As a Founding Member, your rate is locked for life and never goes up while your membership stays active.

Confirming your home size

Your plan is matched using public county property records, which are not always exact. We verify your home's size at your first visit. If it differs materially from the plan you were matched to, we confirm the correct plan with you before continuing service. You are never moved to a higher price without your okay.

Your first year

Membership runs for an initial term of 12 months so we can complete a full year of seasonal care, including the large first visit.

If you cancel during that first year, the visits we have already completed are simply re-billed at our standard per-service prices, less what you have already paid. This protects the value of the big first visit. Selling your home or other major life events are the exception.

After your first year

Once your first 12 months are complete, your membership continues month to month. You can cancel anytime, and your locked rate stays in place for as long as you remain a member.

Scheduling and weather

We schedule each visit inside a four-week seasonal window. Your membership guarantees the services, not a single fixed date, so weather never costs you a visit. We text you a six-photo before and after report the same day, every visit.

Warranty

All complete roof cleanings are backed by the SoftWash Systems 5-Year Spot-Free Limited Warranty. The warranty transfers to the new owner if you sell your home.

Payments and your card

All payments are handled on a secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
